• The Exhibitor Welcome Reception in the Indoor Vendor Area provides attendees the opportunity to network and learn what’s new from our exhibitors. Enjoy a cocktail and some lite fare while catching up on industry trends.

8:30am – 11:30am – Keynote Speaker & Educational Sessions

• Our morning session begins at 8:30am. Our Keynote Speaker, Joel Goldberg, is the voice of the Kansas City Royals and a professional speaker. He will talk about building a championship team culture within our organizations.

11:30am – 12:30pm – Outdoor Manufacturer Roundtables

12:30pm – 2:30pm – Lunch

• We’ll break for lunch outside at the Outdoor Equipment Expo. Enjoy lunch while visiting with the many manufacturers & suppliers.

2:30pm – 4:30pm – NAPSA Education

• NAPSA will conduct several rotating roundtable discussions on various industry topics.

4:40pm – 6:00pm – Cocktail Reception at the Outdoor Equipment Expo

• Return to the Outdoor Exhibitor Area for cocktails and conversation while networking with peers and vendors.

7:00pm – 9:00pm – Group Dinner

• After the Cocktail Reception at the Outdoor Exhibitor Area, we’ll go back inside to the Valencia Room to enjoy a group dinner.

9:00am – 12:00pm – Speaker & Workshop

• Our speaker for this session is David Avrin, a customer experience consultant. He will present a workshop entitled Ridiculously Easy to Do Business With – Future Proofing Your Business by Responding to a New Generation of Wants, Needs and Expectations.
